Why not start 2021 with a different kind of challenge – one which will help Age UK give older people the support they need and get your year off to a good start?
Sign up to Run Your Age - you’ll have until the end of January to complete your goal, however and wherever suits you. Simply choose to run or walk your age in miles, kilometres or even steps.
...how about running 9 laps of your local park?
...climbing 90 steps throughout January should do it.
...why not run 40 miles over the month of January?
...ask friends and family to sponsor your challenge and raise vital funds for Age UK.
Run or walk in the park, at home, or on a treadmill. Do it with friends, family or alone. How and where you do it doesn’t matter, what matters is that you’ll be raising much-needed funds for Age UK, helping us keep our vital services running for older people who are relying on them.
