Get a free weekly friendship call. We'll match you with one of our volunteers. Our service is flexible to suit the different needs of everyone who takes part.
We have a roadmap out of restrictions, but life is still a long way from normal. Your support can help us be there for older people on the road to recovery.
Run Your Age is your challenge - complete your goal however and wherever suits you. Simply choose to run or walk your age in miles, kilometres or even steps.
...how about running 9 laps of your local park?
...climbing 90 steps throughout January should do it.
...why not run 40 miles over the month of January?
...ask friends and family to sponsor your challenge and raise vital funds for Age UK.
Run or walk in the park, at home, or on a treadmill. Do it with friends, family or alone. How and where you do it doesn’t matter, what matters is that you’ll be raising much-needed funds for Age UK, helping us keep our vital services running for older people who are relying on them.
When you sign up to Run Your Age, we'll be here to help with everything you need to make your challenge a success - from expert fundraising tips to a pick-me-up pep talk when the sofa is calling your name!
