- The Age UK ‘Share their stories’ Draw is free to enter and is therefore exempt from the Gambling Commission regulations.
- The opening date for the Age UK ‘Share their stories’ prize draw is 29 March 2021, 00:00:00.
- The closing date for the Age UK ‘Share their stories’ prize draw is 17 May 2021, 23:59:59.
- Qualifying responses will comprise of submissions via the online form.
- The Age UK ‘Share their stories’ draw will take place on the 19 May 2021 and the winner notified shortly thereafter.
- The draw will be made utilising a random number generator that has been tested and approved by an independent third-party test house.
- The prize will be a hamper of Cadbury’s chocolate.
- There are no alternatives to the prize awarded and the prize is not transferrable.
- The winner must provide a UK delivery address for us to be able to deliver your prize.
- Age UK may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application or terminate or suspend the scheme.
- Age UK’s decisions made pursuant to these terms and conditions shall, once made, be final and binding.
- The Age UK ‘Share their stories’ project is promoted by Age UK, registered charity number 1128267 and registered company number 6825798.
- Story submitters must include name, email/telephone contact and date of birth details to guarantee that the submitter is over 18.
- Story submitters must be 18 or over and agree to these and Age UK’s terms and conditions.
- No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication.

- Age UK reserves the right to use story submissions for promotional purposes on our website, social media accounts, in our emails and newsletters. We will presume you have obtained the consent of anyone else featured in the story before submitting.
