How to set up your digital volunteer ID
The Age UK network is working with Yoti, a digital ID application, to provide volunteers with the ability to identify themselves to clients as well as to businesses and organisations such as grocery stores, pharmacies or donation sites, should they be collecting items as part of their volunteer role.
The Yoti application delivers a secure digital ID that features anti-spoofing technology and we believe this is a helpful addition to our services. If your volunteer manager has already registered you for an ID, you can now follow the instructions found in the guide below to set up the ID on your mobile device.
