Age UK is grateful for the many volunteers supporting our services to reach older people in need during this unusual time.

We know many volunteers will be taking up new roles and, as a result, may be presented with some challenging situations.

We also know that current circumstances make it difficult for volunteers to receive the full induction and training courses they might otherwise do when they are able to gather at an organisation's central office.
