At Age Co we take our responsibilities seriously and are always sorry to hear when a customer or a member of their family isn’t happy with a product or any element of their experience with us.
If this happens we work with Ageas to investigate and understand the facts. Sometimes this will lead to Ageas offering a gesture of goodwill, if they recognise that more could have been done.
Every year, at renewal, we ask customers to check their policy and cover to ensure all the information is correct and that the policy continues to meet their needs. We also remind customers of the importance of shopping around to ensure they have a policy which they feel offers them the level of cover they need, at a price they are comfortable with.
