What runners say

How you'll help

Since it began, Age UK's Leeds Abbey Dash has raised over £4 million to support older people across the UK.

These vital funds have helped Age UK provide expert advice, essential services and much-needed friendship to older people when they're needed most – and by running this year's Leeds Abbey Dash, you can help us continue to be there.
