Sex, relationships and intimacy information guide

There’s a common misconception that people stop having sex when they get older. But for many older people, sex and intimacy are important parts of life.

This guide is here to help you take care of your health and wellbeing in the context of sex and relationships. It covers:

  • changes to sexual function such as menopause and erectile dysfunction
  • making things easier with sex toys, aids and alternative activities
  • sexual health and STI testing
  • relationship issues, from navigating changes in your partnership to trying online dating.

Not everything in this guide will feel relevant, as every relationship is different. But we hope it's helpful if you're looking for information, advice or support.
