Moving for a job is a big decision, but it can be a really exciting next step in your career. If you’re thinking about relocating for a job with Age UK, we’ll do what we can to help. The following information is a good place to start.

Finding a place to live

If you're going to be moving to a new area, you may be thinking about finding somewhere to rent. There are lots of organisations that provide information and advice on your rights when renting privately, as well as websites that can help you find the right home for your budget. Here are a few that might help:

Getting settled

Finding your feet in a new area can be daunting, but we hope you'll find Age UK a really friendly and supportive place to work.

We have lots of opportunities for colleagues to get to know each other – for example, in our London office you'll find sports teams, a weekly yoga class, knitting groups and much more!

We also have groups for colleagues who are carers, those interested in sustainability, a younger colleagues group, and an LGBT colleagues group.

At Age UK, we're proud to offer a competitive benefits package from your very first day on the job with us. From transport season ticket loans to support for a healthy work-life balance, shopping discounts to a great pension plan, we make sure we reward our people for their commitment and hard work.
