Relax & Reminisce at home

We are offering a new service for anyone affected by Dementia who would enjoy a reminiscence session in their home.

The 1-2 hour session will be tailor made around the person over a 6-8 week period. This activity can tap into the person's past focusing on good memories , encouraging verbal communication, and in turn can improve the individuals wellbeing, and the acceptance of outside help in a non-intrusive way.

Each referral will be assessed for suitability for the service . The service is chargeable and is being piloted in the Suffolk Coastal and Mid-Suffolk area.
